What we collect

When you fill in a form on this website, we collect your name, your email address and, if you choose to give them, your company name and a message.

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don't set tracking cookies. The website remembers in your browser whether you've already seen our pop-up, so it isn't shown twice in one visit.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver our services. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking first.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored with our hosting and database providers, whose servers may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. We use providers that protect data with encryption and access controls, and only Vlox staff can view enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months. If you become a client, we keep the details we need for as long as we work together and as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@vlox.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you have a question or concern about how we handle your details, email contact@vlox.com.au and we'll do our best to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
